Week 2 in Missionary Training Center

Elder Yates reports that he has lost a few pounds but is feeling very good.

Here are his workouts for the week:


Monday: Every minute for ten minutes:
               3 cleans w/ 2 75 pound dummbells
               EMOTM for 10 minutes:
               10 yard broad jump
                2k row
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 5 rounds of each:
                     one minute on one minute off
                     Hanstand walk
                     Double unders
                     Squats
                     Stict pull ups (sets of 5)
Thursday: 3 sets of 5 Bulgarion Squats with 50 lbs dumbbells
